J199 - close to finish line... and Happy New Year to everyone!!!
Sunday, January 3, 2010, 12:06 AM - Jordan J199
Happy New Year to everyone!!!

The J199 is very close to finish line now... So much time was spent on CF-ing undertray, cleaning up suspension arms and of course, CF-ing suspension arms too... Dealing with rough white metal is pain.

Now the car is waiting for camera, couple of antennas and an emergency switch...

Overall, the building process is quite painful, I have to say.. This is due to my own mistakes and the bad fit and rough parts of the kit... The worst is that you will find the bad fit as you move closer to the finish line and that was not caught during the initial test-fit stage... :( I would switch back to build plastic F1 next time for sure..
